Upon delivery of your order, inspect all packaging and merchandise for damage or errors. If damages to merchandise are apparent at the time of delivery, refuse the parcel and notify the carrier of the damages. The carrier will return the merchandise to I & I and we will submit new merchandise to to you. Immediately notify I & I upon delivery of your order if there are any errors, or if you are not satisfied with any product received. I & I will make the best efforts possible to correct any errors and satisfy you, or refund your money.
